Asian-Inspired Ramen Salad

Servings: 12



  • ¾ Cup Pecans, roughly chopped
  • 2 packs Ramen, seasoning packet discarded and broken into bits
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 3 Heads of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 8 oz Broccoli Florets, chopped
  • 8 stalks green onions, trimmed and finely chopped


  • ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • *¾ Cup Neutral Oil
  • *Avocado or grapeseed oils are great for this dressing.
Asian-Inspired Ramen Salad


Step 1:

Break up the ramen into small bits while still inside package. In a skillet over medium-heat, saute ramen and pecans in the butter until ramen slightly browns. Be careful not to burn.

Step 2:

In a large salad bowl, toss lettuce, broccoli and green onions.

Step 3:

Right before serving, add pecans, ramen and half of the dressing.

Step 4:

The remaining dressing can be added by guests to their liking.
