Asian-Inspired Spaghetti
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 1 ½ TBS Wok This Way
- 2 Bunches Green onions, whites/green part separated and sliced thinly
- *16 ounces Ramen Noodles, cooked
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 2 tsp Chili-Garlic sauce -optional
- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- **8 oz Spinach
- 2 TBSP Sesame Seeds
Notes* *You can buy Ramen style noodles precooked or boil at home according to instructions. If cooking at home, use the starchy noodle water for the sauce. **You can double amount if kids like spinach
Instructions
Step 1:
Cook ramen noodles if not precooked. Set aside.
Step 2:
In a large skillet, brown the meat and break apart into bite-size pieces. Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 3:
Add Wok This Way seasoning and the white parts of Green Onions. Stir and lower heat.
Step 4:
Whisk soy sauce, water, sesame oil, honey, chili-garlic sauce together in a bowl.
Step 5:
When the meat is cooked through, add the spinach until wilted.
Step 6:
Quickly add the cornstarch to sauce and whisk. Add to the meat along with cooked noodles and stir.
Step 7:
Shut off heat and add green parts of Green Onions and sesame seeds.
Step 8:
Serve immediately.
