Bistro-Style Sheet Pan Salmon with Green Beans

Servings: 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 4  *6 oz. Salmon Filets (1” thick)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt 
  • 1 lb Green Beans, snapped 
  • Olive Oil, as needed
  • Salt, as needed  
  • 2 TBSP Butter, melted 
  • 1 TBSP Bistro Blend Seasoning 
  • 1 TBSP Honey 
  • 1 TBSP Lemon juice 
  • Optional: Zest from ½ Lemon 
  • Olive Oil, as need 
  • Salt as needed 

 

Optional: 

  • 1 Cup Couscous cooked according to package directions. 

 

Bistro-Style Sheet Pan Salmon with Green Beans

Notes* You may leave skin on salmon while it cooks but slip it off before serving.

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 

Step 2:

Pat salmon filets dry with paper towels and sprinkle with 1 tsp kosher salt.

Step 3:

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and blanch green beans for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Remove green beans from blanching water and reserve 2 cups to cook couscous in.

Step 4:

Place partially-cooked green beans onto a sheet pan. Season with a little salt and drizzle a little olive oil over them. Toss. 

Step 5:

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter through lemon zest  and stir well. 

Step 6:

Nestle filets on top of the green beans and pour butter mixture over the filets, rubbing into filet. 

Step 7:

Bake in oven for 12 minutes for 1” thick salmon.

Step 8:

Serve salmon and green beans over a bed of couscous.
