Blackend Salmon
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon Filets, 7 ounces each
- 1 tsp Latin Nights Seasoning Blend per Filet
- 2 TBSP Avocado Oil
Raspberry Chipotle Sauce:
- 1⁄4 Cup Raspberry Preserves
- 2 TBSP White Wine or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 2 tsp Chipotle Adobo Sauce
Garnish:
- Black Beans
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2:
Season salmon filets with 1 tsp Latin Nights Seasoning per filet.
Step 3:
In an oven safe pan, heat avocado oil on high-heat and sear salmon one side for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4:
Flip salmon and pop in oven for 5-8 minutes.
Sauce Instructions:
Step 1:
While salmon cooks, mix all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pot.
Step 2:
Stir and bring to a simmer.
Step 3:
Pour over salmon or brush on with a pastry brush.
