Blackend Salmon

Servings: 4



  • 4 Salmon Filets, 7 ounces each
  • 1 tsp Latin Nights Seasoning Blend per Filet
  • 2 TBSP Avocado Oil


Raspberry Chipotle Sauce:

  • 1⁄4 Cup Raspberry Preserves
  • 2 TBSP White Wine or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Adobo Sauce


  • Black Beans
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
Blackend Salmon


Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2:

Season salmon filets with 1 tsp Latin Nights Seasoning per filet.

Step 3:

In an oven safe pan, heat avocado oil on high-heat and sear salmon one side for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4:

Flip salmon and pop in oven for 5-8 minutes.

Sauce Instructions:

Step 1:

While salmon cooks, mix all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pot.

Step 2:

Stir and bring to a simmer.

Step 3:

Pour over salmon or brush on with a pastry brush.
