Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Simply Potatoes refrigerated hash browns
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Herban Legend seasoning
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
Notes* **This dish can be made the night before. Follow steps 1-6 , cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready, bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes, until the eggs are set in the middle and the cheese is bubbly.
Instructions
Step 1:
Crumble and brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
Step 2:
In a 9x13 dish, spread the bag of hash browns in the bottom of the pan
Step 3:
Whisk the 12 eggs until combined and pour over the hash browns (uncooked)
Step 4:
Add the cooked sausage evenly over the dish
Step 5:
Pour the heavy cream evenly over the whole dish
Step 6:
Top with shredded cheddar and sliced green onions. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly
