Cheeseburger Bowls
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef
1 small yellow onion, diced
Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup chopped grape tomatoes
1 cup pickles, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 4oz can diced green chiles
1 bag baby golden potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp Ranch Hand
2 tbsp Steak it Easy, + 1tsp extra for the sauce
Sauce:
⅓ cup mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp Steak it Easy

Instructions
Step 1:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, toss your potatoes with with 1tbsp Ranch Hand seasoning and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Step 3:
Once they’re well coated, lay out on the lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, until golden
Step 4:
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add some olive oil and saute the diced onion until soft.
Step 5:
Then add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Step 6:
Drain. Add 2 tbsp Steak it Easy and the green chiles.
Step 7:
Let simmer for 3-5 minutes for the flavors to come together.
To assemble the bowls, add the roasted potatoes, ground beef, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and diced pickles.
Drizzle with the sauce and enjoy!
