Cheeseburger Salad

Ingredients:
Beef:
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 TBSP Steak It Easy Blend
- ½ TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
For the Dressing:
- 2 TBSP Ketchup
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Sweet Relish
- 2 TBSP White Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Texy-Mexy Seasoning Blend
For the Salad:
- ½ Head Large Iceberg Lettuce, rough chopped
- 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes, small-diced
- 10-12 Crinkle Dill Pickle Slices, halved
- 2 Sets of Burger Buns, cubed
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2:
Place cubed buns in oven and toast for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, brown meat with seasonings in a skillet over medium heat. Break up well and cook thoroughly. Set aside.
Step 4:
For the dressing, toss dressing ingredients together.
Step 5:
Place lettuce in a salad bowl.
Step 6:
Combine remaining ingredients and toss with dressing right before serving.
Step 7:
You may also lay out in rows for presentation and let people dress the salad themselves
