Classic Egg Salad

Servings: 6



  • 8 Large Eggs, medium boiled and peeled
  • 1⁄2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • *1⁄4 Cup Celery, minced
  • 2 TBSP Sweet Relish
  • 1⁄3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Bistro Blend


*If you prefer a smooth egg salad, omit the celery as it adds a little texture and crunch.

Classic Egg Salad


Step 1:

Rough chop the eggs and season with 1⁄2 tsp Kosher salt.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, add celery, relish, mayonnaise and season with Bistro Blend.

Step 3:

Add the eggs to the dressing while smashing a little bit with a fork. Stir well.

Step 4:

Serve immediately in sandwiches or over a bed of green lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers.
