Classic Egg Salad
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 8 Large Eggs, medium boiled and peeled
- 1⁄2 tsp Kosher Salt
- *1⁄4 Cup Celery, minced
- 2 TBSP Sweet Relish
- 1⁄3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Bistro Blend
*If you prefer a smooth egg salad, omit the celery as it adds a little texture and crunch.
Instructions
Step 1:
Rough chop the eggs and season with 1⁄2 tsp Kosher salt.
Step 2:
In a medium bowl, add celery, relish, mayonnaise and season with Bistro Blend.
Step 3:
Add the eggs to the dressing while smashing a little bit with a fork. Stir well.
Step 4:
Serve immediately in sandwiches or over a bed of green lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers.
