Creamy Dijon Chicken

Servings 4: 



  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 TBSP Herban Legend Seasoning
  • Dijon Cream Sauce:
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 1 TBSP FLour
  • 1 1⁄2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Herban Legend Blend
  • *1 Cup Heavy Cream
Creamy Dijon Chicken


Step 1: 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Season 4 Chicken Breasts with 1 TBSP Herban Legend Seasoning Blend.

Step 2: 

In an oven-proof skillet, brown both sides of chicken breasts on high heat.

Step 3: 

Pop pan in the oven for about 10-15 minutes depending on size of chicken breasts. Use a thermometer to temp chicken breasts at 165 degrees F. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Step 4: 

*In the same skillet, melt butter.

Step 5: 

Add flour and whisk together as you cook for 1 minute.

Step 6: 

Add Herban Legend Seasoning and Dijon mustard. Stir.

Step 7: 

Slowly add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until it thickens.
