  • 4 medium russet potatoes

  • Olive Oil

  • 2 TBSP Herban Legend

Herban Legend Bistro Fries

Instructions

Step 1:

Slice the potatoes into french-fry style thickness.

Step 2:

Soak the sliced potatoes in water for at least 30 minutes to pull out the starch.

Step 3:

Dry the raw french fries and toss lightly with olive oil.

Step 4:

Spread out onto a baking sheet in a single layer (you will likely need 2 baking sheets for 4 potatoes).

Step 5:

Bake for about 20 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.

Step 6:

Remove from the oven and immediately toss with Herban Legend.
