Italian Style Burgers

Servings: 6



  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 lb Ground Beef, 90% Lean
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire
  • 2 TBSP Little Eataly
  • 1⁄2 Red Onion, minced (optional)

For Toppings:

  • 12 Slices Fresh Mozzarella
  • Roasted Red Bell Peppers, from a jar
  • Leafy Lettuce
  • Ketchup
  • 6 Ciabatta Rolls or 12 Slider Buns
Italian Style Burgers


Step 1:

In a large bowl, add beef, worcestershire sauce, Little Eataly and minced red onions. Mix well.

Step 2:

Form into 6 large patties or 12 smaller patties.

Step 3:

Heat skillet over Medium-High heat, place patties (work in batches) and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4:

Flip patties and add 1-2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese. Cook for an additional 3- 4 minutes or until burger reaches the desired temperature. 8 minutes should produce a Medium-Well burger.

Step 5:

Serve in bun of your choice and top with roasted red bell peppers, ketchup and leafy lettuce.
