Petite Meatloaves

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion, minced

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I use gluten free)

  • 1/2 cup ketchup + ¼ cup extra, set aside for glaze

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, set aside for glaze

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp Herban Legend

Notes* Use a raised cooling rack on top of a baking sheet so the fat can drain off.

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350°.

In a medium bowl mix ground beef or turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, ½ cup ketchup and Herban Legend.

Step 2:

Divide into 8 equal loaves and place them on an un-greased nonstick baking pan. 

Step 3:

In a small cup mix remaining ¼ cup ketchup with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and brush onto each loaf to give it a nice glaze.

Step 4:

Bake uncovered for about 40-45 minutes at 350°, they’re done when internal temperature is 160 degrees.
