Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

  • *2 lbs Fingerling Potatoes
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Herban Legend Seasoning Blend
  • **1⁄3 Cup Melted Butter
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Notes* Notes: Be sure to slice the bigger potatoes in half lengthwise. You can substitute with small red potatoes if you can’t find fingerlings but also be sure to cut in half.


Step 1:

Place sheet pan inside oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2:

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and Herban Legend Seasoning.
Step 3:

Open oven quickly and toss potatoes onto sheet pan.

Step 4:

After about 15 minutes, give sheet pan a shake or flip some of the larger potatoes.
Step 5:

Potatoes will cook in about 25 minutes.
Step 6:

You may add butter at the end of cooking or a little bit more olive oil.
