Sheet Pan Cajun Salmon

Notes* This dish pairs beautifully with the Sheet Pan Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. If you are cooking them together, be sure to start roasting the potatoes about 20 minutes before adding the salmon, that way they are ready at the same time.

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees with sheet pan inside oven.

Step 2:

Pat salmon filets dry with a paper towel.

Step 3:

Add 2 1⁄2 tsp olive oil, Lou-Easy-Ana Seasoning and rub in with your hands.

Step 4:

Squeeze 1⁄2 lime over all filets.

Step 5:

Quickly open oven, pour 1 TBSP olive oil onto sheet pan and add filets. Immediately close oven door.

Step 6:

If filets are thin, cook for about 5-7 minutes for a temperature of 145. If they are thick, cook for about 8-9 minutes.

Step 7:

Serve immediately with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes.
