Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
 

  • 1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Little Eataly

  • 1 jar pasta sauce

  • 1 lb pasta

Notes* Top with grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.

Instructions

Step 1:

In a large pot, boil the water for the pasta. Once boiling add your pasta and cook according to directions.

Step 2:

In a bowl, season the shrimp with 1tbsp Little Eataly. 

Step 3:

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, being careful not to burn. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 mins, flipping after about 2 minutes.

Step 4:

Add your sauce to the skillet and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the skillet and toss everything together.
