Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops

Servings: 4-6



  • 4 Thick-Cut, Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 1 TBSP Avocado Oil
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 15 oz. Can of Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 15 oz. Can of Cream of Chicken
  • ½ Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 ½ TBSP Ranch Hand Seasoning Blend
Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops


Step 1:

Season pork chops with Kosher salt and let rest for 5 minutes. Pat dry.

Step 2:

Bring a skillet to medium-high heat and add oil.

Step 3:

Brown pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 4:

Place in slow cooker.

Step 5:

Add creamed soups, chicken stock and Ranch-Hand Seasoning Blend. Give it a stir.

Step 6:

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Step 7:

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice or with a side of sourdough bread for dipping.
