Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your seasonings, please email and someone will be in contact with you within 24 hours. If we have made an error or mistake, we will happily replace or refund your product.

If you are unhappy with your product, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Please do not return any items before contacting customer service as we will not accept them. Returns will be processed and refunded within 5 days after receiving your return. Return shipping will be paid by customer unless other arrangements are made through customer service.
