Baked Rigatoni

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 28 ounce jar marinara (I use Rao’s)
  • 2 tablespoons Little Eataly seasoning
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 chopped white onion
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12-16 ounce bag of rigatoni (I use gluten free Rummo) 
Baked Rigatoni

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2:

Boil the rigatoni according to its directions, drain and set aside
Step 3:

While the pasta is boiling, brown and crumble the beef in a large dutch oven. Drain if necessary.
Step 4:

Add chopped onion to the ground beef and cook until translucent, about 3-4mins.

Step 5:
Add marinara, 2 tbsp of Little Eataly and the Ricotta cheese. Simmer on low for 5 mins.
Step 6:
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and stir together. 
Step 7:
Top with mozzarella, bake in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly toasted.
