Easy Chicken Spaghetti

  • 4 Cups Chicken Guiso
  • 1 lb Orecchiette, cooked
  • 1⁄2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Cheddar Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 2 TBSP Flour
  • 1⁄2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 1⁄2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
Easy Chicken Spaghetti


Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:

Cook pasta according to package directions ensuring the water is heavily salted (should taste like the ocean.)

Step 3:

To prepare cheese sauce, melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir.

Step 4:

Cook roux for a couple minutes and then add salt, milk and chicken stock.

Step 5:

Bring to a boil and add shredded cheese. Reduce heat and stir until cheese is melted throughout.

Step 6:

In an 9x13 casserole dish, add the pasta, warm chicken guiso and cheese sauce.

Step 7:

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top halfway through baking time. Cook for 30 minutes.

Step 8:

Serve immediately.
